1. How do I make changes to my BizProfile once it’s been made public

In your member pages, simply click on “edit” to edit a specific BizProfile. To billing information, click on “ profile.”

2. How many pictures can I upload to my BIzProfile

At this time, BizHunter.com allows you to upload one picture to best showcase your business.

3. Can I change my picture once my BizProfile is made public?

To change your uploaded picture, go to your BIzProfile history. There, click on “edit” and click through the necessary steps until you come to the “upload picture” function. You can change the uploaded picture by clicking on “find file” and selecting the picture you want. Upon clicking “upload,” the BizHunter team will replace the image.

4. I’m in negotiations with a buyer. Can I hide my BizProfile from other buyers?

To hide your BizProfile from view, simply go to your BizProfile history page and click “hold.” Your BizProfile will become inactive until you choose to activate it again.

5. Why don’t I see my BizProfile in search results?

There are several reasons. First, make sure that your profile is active by checking your BizProfile history. If it is labeled as “inactive,” you can reactivate it by going to your inactive BizProfile history. Secondly, check that you correctly entered your business location and category when you created your BIzProfile. Do this by clicking on “edit” on your BizProfile history. If everything checks out and you still don’t see your BizProfile in relevant search returns, notify askus@bizhunter.com and we will assist you within one business day.

6. Once I choose to upgrade my account, how long will it take for the changes to take effect?

The BizHunter team will make all necessary changes to your profile’s status by the end of the next business day.

7. How long does my BizProfile remain active?

All BizProfiles remain posted for the entirety of your BizHunter.com membership. After one full calendar year, BizHunter.com reserves the right to remove the account from our database. Broker BizProfiles are deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

8. What do I do if my credit card is about to expire?

To change either your credit card information or billing address, click on “update member information” on your member page. If your credit card expires, your account will be deleted for non-payment.

9. Can I make a payment by mail, with a personal or business check?

BizHunter.com facilitates payments online via Visa and MasterCard. At this moment, we cannot accept payment in the form of checks

10. How do I delete my BizProfile?

Delete your specific BizProfile by clicking “delete” on your BizProfile history page. To access this page, click on “manage account” in the navigation bar.

11. How do I reactivate a deleted BizProfile?

Once a BizProfile is deleted, it will have to be re-created. At this time, BizHunter.com is unable to retrieve deleted BizProfiles.

12. How do I cancel my membership?

Cancel your BizHunter.com membership by e-mailing cancellation@bizhunter.com.
